For nine years, Michael Fedor worked behind the scenes to support the work of some of America’s most prominent labor leaders of the AFL-CIO, Pennsylvania AFl-CIO, United Steelworkers, and AFSCME. Called to serve a cause greater than himself, Michael Fedor built a reputation as a loyal and intelligent staff member capable of delivering when the pressure was on and the path to victory was not clearly defined.

- Designed, organized, and executed over 75 workshops, conferences, and conventions ranging from half a dozen adults to more than 5,000.
- Mobilized workers to support community services in Labor Councils across America in partnership with the United Way.
- Earned media relations. Coordinated and performed on-camera and print interviews with local, regional, and national press.
- Designed and implemented highly successful donor-centered fundraising campaigns meeting fundraising goals from $100k to well over $1M.
- Negotiated grievances, arbitration cases, and labor disputes. One of the most high-profile was to stop Governor Tom Corbett’s plan to privatize the Pennsylvania Lottery. With this victory, Fedor helped to preserve over 150 jobs and protect the $4B lottery fund from depletion and outsourcing.
