MICHAEL FEDOR

Michael Fedor is a dynamic leader, a valuable strategic consultant, and an award-winning writer with over 23 years of expertise in education, business, and strategic communications. He builds bridges from creative ideas to actionable plans to put his clients a step ahead of their competition. Michael founded Fedor & Company to empower organizations to innovate, plan, and grow more effectively through transformative techniques like appreciative inquiry, digital engagement, and blue ocean planning. 

Michael focuses his practice on empowering individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential. Michael’s past roles include serving as Vice President of Advancement for Central Penn College and as a strategic government affairs and communications consultant on K Street in Washington, DC. Prior to that, he was a senior bureau director in the Pennsylvania State Treasury.  

Michael earned both his Master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Penn State University. In addition to his consultancy and advising, he is a published author. His debut novel, What It Takes to Kill a Bull Moose, is a multi-award-winning work reflecting his passion for bringing contemporary issues to life through edge-of-your-seat thrills in fiction writing. 

SERENA FEDOR

Serena Fedor is an accomplished digital marketing and engagement expert with more than 24 years at agencies and Fortune 500 companies building powerful marketing platforms and content that creates connection, affinity, and engagement.

Serena has been a collegiate instructor at Harrisburg University and was the founder of the successful e-commerce subscription box company The Pumpkin Batch in 2015.

Serena holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Information Systems from Penn State University.
